Consent to the Processing of Personal Data Authorised by the Data Subject for Dissemination

This consent is given under article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (Law No. 152-FZ) separately from any other consents given by the data subject.
Consent is given by ticking the corresponding box in the interface of the Service. The box is not pre-ticked. Silence or inaction of the data subject does not constitute consent.
The Service provides two Profile visibility modes. By default, the Profile is available to authenticated Users of the Service and is not indexed by search engines. Open access, in which the Profile is available to any person without authentication and is indexed by search engines, is enabled by the data subject independently in the Profile settings.
Without this consent the Profile is not published in either of those modes and remains available to the Operator only. Refusal to give consent does not prevent use of the Service for viewing Vacancies and submitting applications: information sent to an Organization together with an application is provided to a specific person and does not constitute dissemination.
Capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service published at https://footplus.ru/legal/terms. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
1. Data Subject
The surname, first name, patronymic and contact information of the data subject are those held in the Account as provided upon registration in the Service, and are recorded at the moment this consent is given.

3. Information Resources of the Operator Used for Dissemination
The website https://footplus.ru, including all subdomains, and the Football+ mobile application for iOS and Android.
4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data Authorised for Dissemination
Publication of the data subject's Profile information in the public part of the Service for the purposes of establishing professional contacts in the football industry, searching for work, offering Vacancies to the data subject, and enabling organizations engaged in recruitment to review the Profile.
5. List of Personal Data Authorised for Dissemination
This consent is given in respect of the following categories of personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic;
gender;
date of birth;
city;
photograph;
personal page address in the Service;
the "About" section and the document attached to it;
professional role and position;
information on places of work: name of the organization, position, period of employment, description of duties;
information on education: name of the institution, name of the programme, year of completion;
information on professional skills, languages, licences, courses and projects;
email address, telephone number, messenger and social network usernames, personal website address;
information on completion of Verification;
materials published by the data subject in the public part of the Service: posts, comments, images and attached files.
This consent is given in respect of both Profile visibility modes described in the introductory part. Switching the Profile to open access mode does not require a new consent and is performed by the data subject independently; switching back is available to them at any time.
The actual scope of the personal data disseminated is determined by the data subject through the visibility settings provided by the Service and by the information they place in the Profile. This consent does not extend to information restricted by those settings, nor to the content of Private Messages, nor to information related to applications submitted for Vacancies.
6. Conditions and Prohibitions Established by the Data Subject
The data subject establishes the following conditions for the processing of personal data authorised for dissemination:
transfer of personal data otherwise than by providing access to it to an indefinite range of persons through the information resources listed in Section 3 of this consent is prohibited;
processing of personal data by an indefinite range of persons, other than obtaining access to it and reviewing it, is prohibited;
automated collection of personal data from the Service, including its retrieval, copying and inclusion in other databases, is prohibited;
indexing of personal data by search engines is permitted solely where the data subject has enabled open access mode and ceases when that mode is disabled.
The data subject may at any time change the scope of the information disseminated through the visibility settings or delete the corresponding information from the Profile.
7. Term of Consent
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the data subject or until the Account is deleted, whichever occurs first.
8. Withdrawal of Consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by changing the Profile visibility settings in the interface of the Service or by sending a demand to support@footplus.ru.
A demand to cease dissemination of personal data must contain the surname, first name, patronymic and contact information of the data subject, and the list of personal data whose processing is to cease.
The Operator ceases dissemination of personal data within three business days of receiving the demand, or within the period specified in a court decision that has entered into legal force.
Withdrawal of this consent does not entail deletion of the Account and does not terminate the processing of personal data carried out for the purposes of performing the Terms of Service and on other grounds provided by law.
The data subject understands that information that has become available to an indefinite range of persons may have been copied, saved or indexed by third parties, and that the Operator has no technical means of ensuring its removal from external sources.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published at https://footplus.ru/legal/privacy.

The date and fact of giving this consent, and the version given, are recorded by the Operator.
