Deleting your Football+ account
This page relates to the Football+ application — a professional network for the Russian football industry. You can delete your account yourself in the app or on the website, or by writing to support.
Deleting your account in the app
Profile → Settings → Account → «Удалить аккаунт» (Delete account) → confirm with «Удалить навсегда» (Delete permanently). The account is deleted immediately; no email confirmation is required.
The path on the website is the same: Profile settings → the «Аккаунт» (Account) section → «Удалить аккаунт» (Delete account).
If you own an organization, the app will first ask you to transfer ownership to an employee or to confirm deletion of the organization — otherwise the account cannot be deleted, as the club page would be left without an owner.
Deleting your account without access to the app
Write to support@footplus.ru from the email address or phone number registered to the account and ask us to delete it. We process such requests within 30 days of receipt.
What is deleted immediately
Access to the account: the password and any external sign-in links — signing in is no longer possible.
First name, surname, patronymic, profile description, page address.
The profile photo, the attached resume and education documents are removed from the profile and become unavailable to anyone.
The email address and phone number are detached from the account.
What remains
Posts, comments, job applications and messages remain with their recipients and in feeds, but without your name and photo — otherwise other users would lose their own conversations and discussions.
The email address, phone number and name are temporarily kept in a service record — it is needed to release them for re-registration and to complete the deletion correctly. This is not a blocklist: the record is destroyed together with the rest of the data within the period stated below.
An entry in the activity log recording the fact of deletion — it is required to resolve disputes.
Retention periods
Everything listed above is depersonalised at the moment of deletion. The remaining data is destroyed or depersonalised within 30 days of the account being deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle and are not restored separately.
If you would rather not delete
The same settings section offers freezing the account: the profile disappears from search and is not shown to other users, while previously published posts and comments remain in feeds. Your data is kept, and the account becomes active again the next time you sign in.
